We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such a case, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We only offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over £30.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
